Cartattoo 2025: Antagonistischer Bus
Freie Theater und alternatives Miteinander gibts ja anscheinend tatsächlich kaum noch.
So ein wildwüchsiges Kleinod existiert meines Empfindens im Rhein-Main Gebiet nur noch einmalig in der Orber Str. 58 im Frankfurter Stadtteil Riederwald: Das Antagon Theater. Früher Theater auf Rädern veranstalten die internationale Mannschaft/Frauschaft/Macher heute das jährliche Festival am Main, die so genannte Sommerwerft. In der Orber, dem festen Lagerplatz der Nomaden vom Antagon Theater und dem dazughörigen Trägerverein Portagon e.V. weht der Wind einer längst vergangenen Zeit, die heutzutage nur noch aus Erzählungen linksintellektueller Sozial- und Kunstpädogogen (m/w/d) lilaschaltragend am großen Lagerfeuer der Walldorfschulen und Rudolf Steiner Jünger rezipiert wird. Dort wird das große Lied der Unabhängigkeit der Kunst vom Markt gesungen – das leider so wahrscheinlich nie existierte.
Ich durfte 2005 für den Gründer und Kopf Bernhard Bub, seinen Sohn Joscha Erker und seine Crew aktiv werden und sprühte damals die gesamte Fahrzeugflotte inkl. Tourbus.
Für den neuen Tourbus bin ich jetzt wieder 2025 aktiv und sprühe freihand Motive aus den Programmen des Theaters mit Weiß und RAL 7016 Antrazitgrau auf das Fahrzeug, daß aus einem ehemaligen Bücherbus der momentan umgebaut und für die persönlichen Bedürfnisse der Artists angepasst wird.
Den Ausbau schaute ich mir gestern an und war baff, wie cool diese Behausung auf Rädern wird. Der reine Hammer.

Formerly theater on wheels, the international team/women/makers now organize the annual festival on the Main, the so-called Sommerwerft. In the Orber, the permanent campsite of the nomads from the Antagon Theater and the associated supporting association Portagon e.V., the wind blows from a time long gone, which today is only received from the stories of left-wing intellectual social and art educators (m/f/d) wearing purple at the large campfire of the Walldorf schools and Rudolf Steiner fans. The great song of art’s independence from the market is sung there – which unfortunately probably never existed.
In 2005 I was able to work for the founder and head Bernhard Bub, his son Joscha Erker and his crew and sprayed the entire vehicle fleet including the tour bus.
For the new tour bus, I will be active again in 2025 and will be spraying freehand motifs from the theater’s programs with white and RAL 7016 anthracite gray onto the vehicle, which is currently being converted from a former book bus and adapted to the personal needs of the artists.
I looked at the expansion yesterday and was amazed at how cool this home on wheels would be. A pure burner …
