Frohes Neues Jahr. Ich bin dankbar und freue mich total von 15.-18.01.2020 in die große Bretagne, also nach Groß-Britannien a.k.a. Großbritannien, genauer gesagt nach London reisen zu dürfen. Schließlich bin ich dort zum wiederholten Mal auf Einladung der Veranstalter im Rahmen der City Winter Lights gebucht, die in in der ganzen Stadt installativ verteilt sind. Unser Einsatzgebiet liegt in den ehemaligen Docklands, speziell Canary Wharf (Kanarien Werft). Zusammen mit Marcel Panne von Lichtfaktor male ich dort mit Taschenlampen, Fahrradleuchten und allerlei selbsterfundenem Zeugs nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit mit Lichtmalerei im öffentlichen Raum. Musik gibts dazu auch, spontan legen wir da Beats und Mucke auf, die wir als passend empfinden. Kam bisher immer bestens an.

Wer also zu dem Zeitpunkt in London verweilt, sei herzlich eingeladen sich selbst auszuprobieren. Immerhin kann man es mal selbst versuchen.

The great Brittany

Happy new year. I am grateful and am totally happy to travel to the great Brittany a.k.a. Great Britain, more specifically to London from January 15th to 18th, 2020. Finally, I was booked there again by invitation of the organizers as part of the City Winter Lights, which are installed throughout the city. Our area of ​​application is in the former Docklands, especially Canary Wharf. Together with Marcel Panne from Lichtfaktor I paint there with flashlights, bicycle lights and all sorts of self-invented stuff after dark with light painting in public space. There is also music, spontaneously we put on beats and music that we find suitable. Has always been well received.

So if you are staying in London at the time, you are cordialy invited to try out yourself. After all, it’s worth a try.
