I designed a sticker to match the current Women’s World Cup.
The background is a motif that I submitted to a FIFA poster competition in 2010 without ever getting any reaction.

The sticker is sized 9 x 9 cm, round, white background, text: »women get up faster after a foul…«.

For me, the reason for this was that a friend of mine, while watching a women’s soccer game,
noticed that, in contrast to male soccer, there was no tossing and turning and pseudo-wailing for minutes.
We’re probably not the only ones who are annoyed by the constant drama of the male soccer team,
who do extra fall training so that they can stage even more spectacular fouls.

Inspired by friends, I drawed in 2004 the king soccer/king football himself. I illustrated it in a vectorprogramm and sent it to the FIFA for a possible usage-without reaction. Nevertheless, quite a nice reference work in my opinon, right now for the start of the football world championship 2018. #worldcup
