Denken hat schon viel verändert. Tun mindestens genauso. So habe ich an dieser Stelle rechts neben der Plakatfläche 1986 erste Sprühversuche unternommen und während meiner aktiven Breakdance/BBoy-Phase einen »Freeeze« Throwup mit Papa’s Farbsprühdosen aus dem Ölkeller des Reihenhauses dorthin gesprüht.

Heute präsentiert sich an gleicher Stelle eine Plakatwerbung für ein massenmediales Phänomen namens Banksy, (Titel der Nonsens VA: The Mystery of Banksy, besser wäre The Histery about Banksy), angeblich ebenfalls wilder Sprüher, um nicht zu sagen, das idolisierte Bild des romantisch wilden Graffiti-Sprayers schlechthin.

Was sagt uns das über Werte?

Als Erfinder der urban education rate ich daher ab jetzt jedem Kind, Jugendlichen, Heranwachsenden bei meinen Urban-Spray Workshops / Graffiti-Workshops (z.B. bei Jochen-Schweizer), daß, wenn es Karriere machen und unschätzbare Werte generieren möchte, einfach illegal und wild sprühen muss. Allerdings möglichst nur sozialkritische Schablonenarbeiten/Stencils. Alles andere erscheint momentan als nahezu wertlos.

Ein Hoch auf die Konsumierbarkeit/Ökonomisierung von allem.

»Children, start spraying wildly …«

Thinking has changed a lot. Do at least the same. So I made my first spray attempts at this point to the right of the poster area in 1986 and during my active breakdance / BBoy phase I sprayed a »freeeze« throwup with dad’s spray cans from the oil cellar of the row house there.

Today there is a poster advertisement for a mass media phenomenon called Banksy (m / f / d), allegedly also a wild sprayer, not to say the idolized image of the romantically wild graffiti sprayer par excellence.

What does this tell us about values?

As the inventor of urban education, from now on I advise every child, adolescent, adolescent in my urban spray workshops / graffiti workshops (e.g. at Jochen-Schweizer) that if they want to make a career and generate invaluable values, simply illegal and wild must spray. However, if possible, only socially critical stencils / stencils. Everything else seems worthless at the moment.
