Mai 2025 beginnt erneut die IMEX, die Messe der Tourismus- und Eventbranche, die jedes Jahr im Mai in Frankfurt am Main und im Oktober als IMEX America in Las Vegas stattfindet. Schon seit Jahren erstellen mein Team und ich Tape Art live auf der Messe in Frankfurt. So auch dieses Jahr am 20. und 21.05. Im Vorfeld wurde ich nicht nur als Künstler, sondern auch als Designer angefragt ob ich das diesjährige Dekor-Design für die Frankfurter IMEX-Socken gestalten würde. Gesagt, getan: Für PYVOT dem beauftragten Unternehmen aus Las Vegas erstellte ich kurzfristig ein sehr grafisches Dekor-Layout FFM, daß Frankfurt repräsentieren und auf das IMEX-Logo Bezug nehmen soll. Die limitierten Socken sind dann auf der Messe IMEX an einem speziellen Stand erhältlich. Sichert euch ein Paar Socken … ! On May 20, 2025, IMEX, the trade fair for the tourism and event industry, which takes place every year in May in Frankfurt am Main and in October as IMEX America in Las Vegas, will begin again. For years, my team and I have been creating tape art live at the trade fair in Frankfurt. This year, on May 20 and 21, I was asked not only as an artist but also as a designer to create this year’s decorative design for the Frankfurt IMEX socks.

Das Motiv ist der Frankfurter Bembel, der auch gleichzeitig typografisch Frankfurt darstellt und die typischen Bembelschünge zitiert. Nicht, daß ich jetzt auf den Bembelschwung -Ästhetisierungszug aufspringe, ich habe die mitbegründet … For the Frankfurt Innside Ostend Hotel, which belongs to the Mallorcan Melia Group, I was not only allowed to create many rooms and hallways with good design in the form of indoor graffiti art since 2017. In 2023 I also illustrated a visual for the employee clothing, which appeared in the form of shirts and sweatshirts. The motif is the Frankfurt Bembel, which also represents Frankfurt typographically and quotes the typical Bembel curves. Not that I’m wanto be trendy on the swing of the Bembel aestheticization, I helped found it…
